A few days ago, I asked a question about my 3-year-old female dog (not spayed yet) who had a moving lump in her belly, right underneath the skin of her lowest nipple. Well, it's still "coming and going," but now it seems as though the nipple on the other side (so both sides) have these lumps that come and go. I'm pretty sure she's going to start bleeding pretty soon.
One lump is bigger than the other but is it possible that they are there because she is about to go into heat (I see little bits of red on her genitalia at times but nothing so much that she's spotting the furniture and stuff)? If so, why do they keep disappearing and reappearing in the same spots ("underneath" her lowest nipples)?

These lumps disappear (we can't find it no matter how much we feel around for it) and come back randomly.
