Why would you not drink it now? Letting it go to waste is my definition of alcohol abuse, lol. Seriously, if you are not going to drink it, cook with it. Beer is delicious in chili, and stews, but probably most delicious in the tummy!

OMG-don't you know that is a sign from the 'beer gods' to drink it now!! They know when you need a beer even if you don't.

either wrap the top with cling wrap or drink it now or save it for cooking steak. mmmm brauts are good cooked in beer
