The apologetics index has allot of factual info on cults.
No group says up front that they are doing the things you listed but many do use pep rally type of things to induce hypnotic states.
They also use thought stopping techniques that make you the villain when you question the doctrine and or threats of damnation etc.
Many religious groups have problems with sexual predators in their midst.
I could name several but it would be an incomplete list.
Hypnosis is not waving a pendulum in front of you it is more of a repetition that wears you down till you stop resisting and submit to the program whatever that program may be.
There are some christian groups that do do these things they just don't admit it.
There are many online discussion groups composed of people who are recovering from their involvement in these groups.
All it takes is a narcissistic person who thinks they are God to have the bad things happen.

Well, it sounds more like a cult than a religion, but I can't say which one.
But it sounds like a pretty stupid one! You know the saying - you attract more bees with honey. The assault should happen AFTER you've got them in your net.
That might be a clue. It's probably not very successful or popular.

I do know that Scientology does brainwashing and isolation but I do not know about sexual assault or hypnosis.
