Right on the folder, click Properties go to Sharing and click Make this folder private and click Ok.

And you can always make it hidden. (right on the folder, go to Properties and click Hidden and click Ok)

To see it again in windows explorer go to Tools menu, Folder Options, View and click Show Hidden Files and Folders and click Ok.

You have to use external software to keep things under lock for you. If you really want.. you could create profiles under windows xp, where you can't access other uses information, but that's about it.

Search google, for folder locking utilities..
Good luck
