I'm not really in the mood for Indian, but beyond that, I could go for pretty much anything. Some recipes would be great.

It's not quite dinner time yet, but I'll be having leftovers - sela basmati rice (it's like a brown basmati, with a lower GI than white basmati), potato & spinach curry (nice, even if I say so myself) and dhal (based around toor dhal, with tomato, potato, onion, drumsticks - no, the moringa fruit 'drumsticks', not the chicken-leg 'drumsticks' you were thinking of - I'm a vegan after all). All home-cooked. Alone, though I did have an old friend for dinner last night (but no chianti or fava beans LOL). I'll probably have a glass of sloe vodka with that, or maybe an extra-dry beer.

I am a sucker when it comes to not knowing what to eat for dinner! As a college student I always find my stomach to be growling. I posted a response on another post about a pizza you can make with ingredients I'm sure you have at home! If you are interested I will include that as well! Something I LOVE to eat is fried rice! If you do not have time to make rice use instant rice! It tastes just as good and is super quick! Put the rice in a big bowl and now we can start cooking! This recipe will make a single serving! I put soy sauce in with the rice and I like sesame oil as well. Mix it up and you are ready to go! I scramble one egg and put that in their for protein. Chop up corn, onions, green onions, and carrots. Put that in your bowl! Include the egg in your bowl and I use chopped peanuts for a little more crunch! I hope you love this recipe as much as I do! Happy cooking! - Kendall

Try the website www.allrecipes.com. There are a bunch of recipes on this site for all different types of food. You could basically find a recipe for anything...including drinks. The cool thing about the website is that you can enter how many people you'll be serving and it automatically adjusts the measurements of the ingredients.

Hmmm...Thursday night with some good tv shows on later...go for the "breakfast-for-dinner" idea. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, toast, tea, etc. Easy, yummy, and not a lot of clean up later, so you can sink into the sofa and enjoy your shows!

Try "stir fry" with any veggies you have in your frig (carrots, celery, mushrooms, broccoli, etc..) together with any meat (chicken, beef, shrimp, etc) in your freezer. You can enjoy your stir fry with rice or pasta. That sounds sooo good, I may try it tonight!
