I've tasted beer out of a keg before, and I didn't particularly like it. I've heard it's an acquired taste though. I'd like to learn to love it! What's the best tasting beer for me to start drinking?

I should mention that I do drink on occasion. Normally it's hard liquer though, mainly vodka in mixed drinks.

If you don't like the beer taste you really should not drink it. In stead, drink wine coolers or breezers, in fact any fruity mixed drink. You either love beer or you don't, I loved it the first time I tried it when I was 12 yrs old.

If you want to turn into an alky, then the best tasting beer (To me, anyway.) Is Heineken. I loved that beer! Can't afford it anymore, so I drink Milwaukee's Best. (Nasty stuff, but once I got started, with the beer on a regular basis, I couldn't stop!)

If you don't have to drink for social or business reasons, then don't start. I'm still paying off a DUI from three years ago because I could not STOP!

The taste is acquired. The habit is formed. Next thing you know you a living under a bridge begging for money for any kind of alcohol. This is NOT a public service message. This is from an old fart who went through it.

Try something that doesn't taste like typical beer. Like Wood Chuck Cider or a Raspberry Ale. Try some wheat beers from micro breweries. These all just taste a little different.

id say Budweiser or generally any name brand beer would be a good start. But Id reccomend an american beer. Ive tried Imports and I just cant stand them.

I dont know why u want to start drinking it but dont start because you think its cool.. you may find you absolutely hate it. no point in drinking something ya hate =)

and if ur goal is to get drunk, id reccomend hard liquor. You have to drink way too much beer to get drunk. if im aiming to get wasted on beer, I have to drink so much I get sick of the taste. Its more efficient(and probably less fatty) to drink liquor.

For Liquor, my personal choice would be Captain morgans Tattoo, Its got a nice sweet flavor that goes down easy.

Amstel Light is a good light beer with actual taste. You can also have a Corona thats a tasty beer. Once you develope a taste for beer go for the German beers...

Hmm. You have a taste for mixed liquor, so you probably prefer your drinks sweeter.

There are plenty of Belgian beers that come with fruit as part of their makeup. Not to everybody's taste, but might suit you.

I NEVER used to drink beer full stop, I prefer to stick to the vodka, but my b/f told me to try one he'd got and I loved it; Its called Fosters Ice and it comes in a bottle. Its got such a crisp and refreshing taste and I thoroughly enjoyed it, its the only beer I'll drink.

Corona Light is about as close to water as a beer gets - very little flavour.

Try what we called a Redeye. Add tomato juice to your beer. I don't like beer but, I can drink that.
