I didn't have my license until I was 27. Mostly cause I lived in New York City and didnt need one. I was the only old guy at the dvm taking the drivers test when I moved to colorado. :)

I did not get my driver license until I was 18. I did not even want to drive my parents made me get my license but I'm glad that they did but don't feel bad that you don't have your license yet my Aunt is 75 and she does not have her license.

My wife is in her 30's, and no license. Of course...she learned to do without growing up as a teen in NYC...and here in Salt Lake, the transit system is good enough.

I suppose someday she will get a license...stop feeling so sad for yourself!

You'll get a license when you need one; until then, if you don't need it, it doesn't matter. If you need a picture ID card, you can get one from most state motor vehicle licensing offices. I for one think it would be great to truly have a good enough transit system to be able to get around without having to drive!

Not as sad as you might think. I was 17 when I got mine and I have a friend who was well into her twenties when she got hers. Believe it or not there are lots of people who never even get them at all. And also lots of people who are older when they do.

My sister was 24 when she finally got hers. Don't worry about it. Save your money for booze and partying... on the plus side, you won't have to pay for any DUI's? man why did I even get my license? lol
