My hands shake and it is because I have Tremors, you should see a doctor to confirm if it is Tremors or something else. Does any of your family members hands shake? If yes then it could be Familiar Tremors which means it runs in your family like mine. I am 42 and have had tremors my entire life.
Research Tremors it might help.

It could be. Or it could be a tic or a mild form of Tourette's syndrome, or something with your muscles leading to that hand. Ask your parents to get you an appointment with a Dr. It's important for you to be diagnosed so that if something is wrong you can be treated.
