i just talked to my 6 yr old devon, the 1 who said his daycare teacher ms.becky s*xually assaulted him today, he said that jered (his older brother who has been having s*x related prolems himself only HE was the problem) told him he shouldve let his teacher do that stuff to him?? what should i do w/ jered??

I reread your question a few times to make sure I answer it with the most logical and appropriate answer that I can. It sounds to me like Devon is just repeating the types of things Jered has already told him. That being said, does this sound like something Devon's daycare might be capable of? I'm sure you know the woman pretty well, so that is why I ask you this. Also how long has Devon attended this daycare? If ANYTHING in your gut tells you that it is POSSIBLE that this happened, then I suggest you take your son to the ER.
As for Jered, get him psychological help NOW. You don't say how old he is, but regardless it seems evident that he has a problem distingushing the difference between what is and isn't appropriate behavior.
Something to consider, is it possible that Jered is the one who hurt Devon? and that Devon is afraid that Jered might do something worse.

So your older son told your younger son to let his teacher do things to him?
I think that you need to get Jered into therepy and not let him be alone with Devon in the meantime.
And I hope you reported the teacher to the police.

call the cops on the daycare teacher & get both children help- from a real shrink. they need to know that it's not their fault & the teacher is in the wrong. the sooner they start therapy, the sooner they can put it behind them.

TALK to jerad calmly about how wrong that kind or stuff is and he should have gone to tell someone instead of what he did.

well they should be in regular school not day care. hire a friend to watch them after school and get social services involved this is a dangerous situation
