Yeah, anytime fitness is great, that's if you mean you just work out or exercise whenever you feel like it. If you're that type of person that will exercise most of the time then it's great but if you're what most people are, somebody who works out by doing a few crunches right after watching an infomercial in the middle of the night after having munched down a bag of funions thinking that it'll do something then it's no good at all. What I do is I like to do push-up everyday but they're not consistent, I mean, they're good in terms of health-wise, I think, but they don't really do anything for me.
Seriously though, if you want to get fit, be healthy and look hot, you're going to have to be consistent about your fitness, meaning you're going to have to do some sort of exercise for a specific amount of time every day/other day/once a week, whatever.
Good luck!

I don't know about all of them, but the one I go to. Well I don't seem to like in anymore. It was fine for about 6 weeks. Now it is always packed with people, many young guys that are heavy in to weights. They really need to go across the street to the Gold's Gym. I have no idea why they go to this little Anytime Fitness. It makes no sense. They take over the little weight area, and you can't get in a good workout because of them. I can't stand the location anymore, and will have to find another gym. I say find another one, because I am getting to close to telling these guys, to learn how to workout in such a small gym. They seem rather the ignorant type, so what good would it do.
