Anything you adorn your body with other than for the purpose of protection from the elements of weather is sinful to the non-hypocritical christian, assuming you can find one. This includes tattoos, make-up, even their crosses and crucifixes. They will all argue against it even though it is one of their "deadly" sins. Pride.

really, god doesn't disallow anything? Sounds like someone better take a look at their ten commandments again. Thou shalt not do this and thou shalt not do that!

Yes but it is not going to help you spiritually unless you have a tatoo that reminds you of Him. The most important thing is to always remember God and never forget Him. The problem most people do not know what He looks like. The only Religion who does is The International Society for Krishna Consciousness They know what He looks like and what He does and what we do in the spiritual world too. Just check it out Go to www.krishnaculture.com and www.stephen-knapp.com You will be so happy you did

Depending on your religion, some believe that because our bodies are temples that it is marking up a temple. But, Jesus accept you just as you are, even with tattoos. I have one and I don't think that Jesus going to send me to hell because of it. The bible tell you that He loves us even though we are sinners.

Depends on whether you believe in the old testament. The old Testament says not to mar or mark your body in any way. The new testament say to follow the beliefs of Jesus, Jesus followed the old testanment. As far as other "gods" you will have to ask there followers.

Depends on your religion and personal beliefs. Personally I believe he does. I believe in a loving forgiving God, not a vengeful angry God. Doesn't really matter to me though I'd rather be in Hell than be in Heaven with a God who would condemn me because I chose to mark my skin.
