I love my cat & my cat loves food that moves. With all those security cameras around in England, do I face the danger of proscecution, if I don't close the lid?

Come on, Dolly! Where is your sense of humour? Don't worry, the fish is safe until the fish food runs out...

Thank you, Martin! I promise that I will be more careful when phrasing my next question. Oh, and could you please put in the capitals and use the correct punctuation the next time? I found that a bit confusing. Cheers!

as long as your cats fishing license is current they cant do a thing, although you might need a special stamp for tropicals

its not illegal to not put the lid down on your fish tank when the cat is about, it's only stupidity if you don;t and the cat is about, they won't send you to court in BRITAIN, not england for leaving the lid off the fish tank when the cat is about!

Let's possibly just double your current dose, and stop wasting people's time, and taking away from the serious questions shall we. There is a joke section of this site, you know!!!!

maybe but I doubt anyone ever bothered to make that law and any way it would probably be a waste of police time to try to report someone for it.
