I love my cat & my cat loves food that moves. With all those security cameras around in England, do I face the danger of proscecution, if I don't close the lid?

as long as your cats fishing license is current they cant do a thing, although you might need a special stamp for tropicals

its not illegal to not put the lid down on your fish tank when the cat is about, it's only stupidity if you don;t and the cat is about, they won't send you to court in BRITAIN, not england for leaving the lid off the fish tank when the cat is about!

my lid is closed and if our cat got anywhere near the fish the dog would sort it out.

maybe but I doubt anyone ever bothered to make that law and any way it would probably be a waste of police time to try to report someone for it.
