I am depressed and i really need help, so anybody out there can you help me??? i have no med ins and very little to no money at all so how can somebody help me??? i need to get on meds for depression...PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

1st talk to family and friends about your problem and see if they know of any place you could get treated for your depression.
If you go to your doctor or any doctor for a 1-time fee, they can diagnose you with depression and then you can be eligible for Medicaid services, as I am, and they will pick up the bill for medications and psychiatric therapy as well.
If you can't do this for whatever reason, then you should go the natural way, i.e. buy St. John's Wort, Green Tea, and other natural aides for depression.

Before yoiu reach for the meds I would talk with someone. Most of the time there is an underrlying problem that can be solved for good. Meds will just mask the problem

If you are in the USA, most counties have mental health clinics that work on a sliding scale fee. If you have very little money, that fee can be as low as $1 a visit.

Contact your local community mental health center. Most of these agencies provide free or sliding scale fee based on income for those with no insurance or job. Good luck!

First, get out and exercise one hour a day, drop the sugar from your diet, and the alcohol, and try some St Johns wort. Then check back here.

usually if u go to your local community mental health center they have case mangers that will help with ways(funding)to help pay for it if u go for help u wont get turned down
