She may have a cold. Cats can catch colds just like humans can. I have 3 cats. And, sometimes they have the same symptoms [Sneezing] & sometimes even have a running eye. It just depends on the cat I guess. Some cats just have allergies too.

But, your cat needs to see a vet, so that he or she can prescribe antibiotics or whatever else is needed.

Good Luck !

Where did you get her from? How old is she? Any new cat brought into any household needs to have a vet visit. What the vet will do for the cat will be determined by her age and general health condition. At the very least you will learn what to do about fleas if she has them.

when i moved to a new state my cat just couldn't stop sneezing i took her to the vet and we found out she was having some allergies, i moved out of that apartment after about a and while cleaning i found a whole bunch of mold now my cat doesn't sneeze at my new house at all, so it may be mold/mildew or allergies with her getting used to where she lives now

Cats can get chlamydia. In humans this is a sexually transmitted disease, in cats it's a cold. You can't get this from your cat but she could have gotten it from another cat. Cats from shelters are very likely to have chlamydia. Take her to a vet.

i had the same problem... we discovered the cat had sniffels (cat flu) it's a virus that will pass through over time, although taking it to the vet and getting the right medication will help speed up the process of it's recovery.
