what do u call a guy ( supposedly is a guy or is it a she) who don't want to do hard labor?

A White-Collar worker. Usually, those guys have office jobs.

Some people are just not physical folks. Guys would rather watch the news than a rugby game. Some are: women who like to play football, work on their own cars, go to shooting ranges - and shoot! :-)

Because someone doesn't care for manual labor, makes them different from those who do - nothing more. Certainly not worthy of name calling.
