You WILL feel something. Whether or not it'll be painful or bearable depends on where the tattoo is and how you handle pain.

I love tattoos and I don't think they hurt all that bad at all, but everyone is different and I speak for myself and my body.

It all depends on you, if you handle pain well, then it may feel like nothing to you. BUT it mainly depends on where you get the tattoo and how well experienced the tattoo artist is. A good tattoo artist can make the experience less painful. But as to the where it hurts the most, that's a big debate between people. I know of one spot that I have never heard anyone say it did not hurt, and i have one there as well(I don't recommend getting one there) is the rib cage. The area I know hurts the least(from listening to many people say so) is the outter upper arm! So that's my advice :)

It will depend on where you put the tattoo. None of mine hurt, but the big one across my back hurt somewhat when it was being done on my spine. The more fat you have in the spot where you plan to get the tattoo, the less pain you should have. But, everyone has a different tolerance of pain. I have one that wraps around my upper arm, and it didn't hurt much at all, but then again I guy I know had one in the same place and he said it hurt like heck.

There will be pain. I got a leprechaun on my right shoulder blade on April 1st. I knew it was gonna hurt, but it hurt more than I thought it would. Plan on pain and have someone or something to concentrate on or pay attention to to keep your mind off of the pain. I am thinking about getting another tattoo on my right ankle. If I do get one, I'm gonna take a stuffed animal or something with or someone with to help take my mind off of the pain. Tattoos hurt more to some people than others, and where you get it will depend on how much pain you will have. Ribs and your spine hurt a lot more than a place with a lot of fat. So plan on pain, and it will be less in some places than others, and depending on the size and if you want color, depend on more time for that and more pain or irritation on the site of the tattoo.

Yes. All tattoos hurt to a degree. It also depends on where you get it. Over thin skin or over bones or muscle will hurt more than over thick or fatty skin. The good thing is that they only hurt while the needle is in your skin, as soon as the needle is taken out, it stops hurting. It may get sore though while it is healing, and itchy, but by all means do not scratch. But in answer to your question, yes, tattoos do hurt. But, in the long run they are worth the pain, so don't think of it in terms of pain, but how it will look afterwards.

Pain is psychological, so if your in the state of mind where your stressed or hurt pain from the needle from a tattoo machine may feel good, but other wise it may not. Also consider researching the area you want to get your tat. For ex: if you want to get a tat around your upper arm, research if that is an area that is rich in nerves or not, a place that has a lot of nerves will be sensitive, or a place where there is only a minnimal amount of cushion between your skin and bone such as: knees, elbows, ribs, buttbone. But good luck! and I'm sure it's going to look great!

Yes, getting a tattoo hurts. How sore it's relies absolutely on in which you get it. But it is not often so sore you cannot get it completed. I've acquired a band round my higher arm. The outer facet of the arm is a bit of sore however the within, in which there is much less muscle and extra gentle flesh, the tattooist needed to press tougher so it harm extra. My exwife has a solar and moon layout round her stomach button. That, consistent with her, used to be essentially the most painful factor she's had performed. Soft aspect of the frame, lot of stress. Other locations that harm. Anywhere in which epidermis covers virtually bone. So whatever at the shin goes to nip, for instance. Feet are totally touchy, exceptionally at the sole, and even as getting tats anyplace else will harm, tattooing at the ft will harm LOTS. If you desire anything performed to your again, it is approximately the fine situation to do it should you don't seem to be eager on agony. It will nonetheless harm at the gentle bits, however you've got fewer nerve endings to your again than some other aspect of your frame so it hurts a bit of much less. And should you do get a tattoo, do not do it with a hangover. My first one, I'd been ingesting till 3 within the morning at the night time earlier than. Six hours sleep, generally nonetheless a bit of inebriated, sitting within the tattooists chair getting whiter and whiter till I needed to bolt for the bathroom and boak. (Boak, a Scots phrase for throwing up) A little agony feels worse while you've acquired a hangover.... And do not get them anyplace you cannot quilt them, until you desire to come to be doing a guide task. If you desire anything proffesional for your lifestyles (accountant, attorney, stockbroker, that variety of factor) a tattoo isn't going to be the fine factor you desire to exhibit at your interview. People make decisions at the sort of man or woman who will get tattoos. Nine instances out of ten that judgement is unsuitable, but if you are seeking to get a brand new task the ones are the variety of odds you do not want.

Yes they do. However, the extent of pain depends on your tolerance and also where you are having it done. For instance, if you are tattooing over a bony area, it will heart more than somewhere padded.

Make sure you really want the tattoo for ever, since trying to erase it with a laser will heart a lot more!

Tattoo's hurt, it depends how much they hurt by where you get them. If they are near a bone, like spine/back or ankle they hurt more than the ones that aren't. I would say that make sure you are 110% sure that you want it. I regret my tattoo and I've only had it for 3 years! They are permanent and addicting (which I want more after only getting one!) good luck!!!
