I have a Yorkie, Winer Dog mix. She is about 11 months old and no matter what I do, she WILL NOT GO OUTSIDE!!! I love her and have tried everything.... My husband and I smoke outside only, so we are in and out all the time. I stay at home with my son, so I am normally always here. She will go outside and pee or popp and then come in and do it again. I know she is done, it's not like I make her quit during, but she has to do it inside too.
I have tried rubbing her nose in it, and spanking, puppy training pads and treats.
NOTHING WORKS!!
I have hard wood floors in my whole house and have to scrub them numerous times a day to keep them clean. She isn't allowed in most of my house because of this. What am I supposed to do????
HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It doesn't have to do with age....my pups were less than 2 months when I trained them....all it takes is patients. You have to constantly take her outside every couple hours....place her in the same spot every time (its all about routine) When my pups first started I would give them a treat for peeing outside (the vet recommended Cheerios for any kind of training) with in a couple of weeks they got the hang of it....but you have to be patient and stand outside and not let them in until they pee outside....and make sure you put them in the same spot so they get that is their potty spot. HOPE THIS HELPS! Also give peeing outside like a code word or command...when I say lets go potty my dogs know to go outside and pee.

Walk her while u smoke she very much want to be part of the picture. If she uses puppy pads well inside put some out side , Get the pic/ start walk at puppy pad, walk, smoke, end walk at puppy pad If she dosnt go have the other half take ove, start walk at pad , walk, smoke end walk at pad. Yhe only reason she isnt going is she isnt tired yet

Kennel train her, put her in there after going outside and let her stay there during the night too. She will learn that she has to go outside, and as soon as you get up, let her out. Try that, good luck. If not go to the Discovery Dog Whisper, he has great advice.

Go to the Vet for advice. Or go to a training school like at PetSmart.

You have to wait till your puppy gets older and mature. No offense but if it still doesn't work you might have to take it to a professional. Don't wait too long or your puppy may not be able to do her bussiness.
