If you know alot about Pilates type Yes and then the answer to my question. please help.

I have taken one Pilates class at my local YMCA., so this answer is not based on extensive experience. What it seems to do, however, is strengthen the muscles around the spine, which helps to keep the spine going in the direction it ought to go, which in turn helps keep the spine strong.
