What kind of tea is good to help you sleep and NOT DREAM?

Celestrial Seasons has a Sleepytime tea that works real well for me. It's an all natural herbal tea.

teas containging camomille and lavender promote relaxation and sleep. check out your local natural/organic store, most carry several brands of tea for specific purposes.
As far as dreams, they are caused by your brain (some argue they are manifestations of thoughts in your subconcious). dreams should not be avoided, but understood. write down your dreams and then use a dream dictionary to see what the main compoenents in your dream may represent

Chamomile, Rosemary and Lavender have the calming nerves effect. Jasmine may relieve insomnia, aids in sleeping, stabilizing the nerves, calms emotions.You can try to add Licorice Root to your tea too. It also helps insomnia.

Oh, I didn't know this was gonna include not dream!

I was gonna say camomile, and kava kava works almost too well!

But why would you not want to dream, I wonder. It's good for you.

Even nightmares are needed sometimes, cause they help you work things out.

Lipton Night and Sleep tee - it is really good, one has very deep sleep, with hardly any dreams :-). Black tee is forbiden cause it does not allow you to sleep for long hours

Black tea with honey or green tea with honey
Camomile is great as well.
