Great question.

I personally believe in heaven and hell.

I think heaven is a state of complete awareness of God, with a heart at peace and a full realization that we are all small parts of something really important.

I think hell is a reality we'll inherit, if we soundly reject God and his offer to have life and have it more abundantly. Hell to me, is existing without God...not fire, etc.

I also believe that the only good in this world (charity, thoughfulness, peace, understanding, etc.) is possible because people accept God's influence in us. Since we're naturally selfish, doesn't this make sense?

What do you think? Reasonalble, no?

Best to you.

Definately! I do not follow a religion, but I do believe in some kind of afterlife. Try reading "the seat of the soul" it has some interesting ideas.

you go to the same place you go when you go to sleep heaven and hell will not be until after judgment day but if you are having nightmares that something bad is happening to you, you should examine your life now. in the bible when Jesus rose Lazarus from the dead he was dead but Jesus said he was Just a sleep he also raised a maid from the dead he also said that she was just a sleep when we die our body are just a sleep we are in what some would call dream land or the Spirit world.

I believe in the after life being either Heaven or Hell for an eternity!!! When we die, we face God the Father who judges us and all our sin, but if we believe in Christ and he has saved us, then through the blood of Christ God the Father pardons our sin and allows us into heaven. If not, then you are condemned to an eternity of separation from God....ie Hell

According to the bible which is the Holy Word of God; we either go to heaven or to hell.

The way to heaven is by believing in and following Jesus Christ. The way to hell is by not believing in and not following Jesus Christ.

If you are serious about this and would like to study the bible and know for yourself what it says, email me.

Yes, The Bible says that when we are absent from the body, we are present with the Lord... I don't know your circumstances. When I was a little boy my dad sometimes let me "Help" his do some little job for him. I was thrilled. Dad could have done it better than I did in less time but still he let me do it and praised me for my work and effort. Our Father in Heaven will be the same way. I will be thrilled.... Jim

Yes, I believe and I won't know what will happen until that day comes but we have one destination according to God and how we are judged here on earth and whether we believed in God or not. Hell for unbelievers. Heaven for believers.

God bless.

No, I do not believe in the afterlife. I do not believe humans are important, and we do not have souls or spirits etc. I believe we are cremated or we rot. Death is the end of conscious thought.
