My sister has always been a party girl and still is. She broke up with her fiance of 5 yr joined the coast guard reseve, and did every man she could get her hands on. haha. She has a 4 yr old and a 1 yr old. Both of them are neglected by her, and she lives with my mom, she never sees the children because she doesn't want to. She reacently started to date a kevin federline kind of person. He doesn't have a job or a car. My sister pays for everything. He lives in maryland and she drives him back and forth to take classes for hvac. They have been dating for about two months. She hardly supports her children and she is supporting him buying whatever he wants. She never has money to buy food or diapers because of the gas money she uses to go back and forth. Plus the expenses of him. I can't help my sister because she is a brick wall and I don't care about her just the children, I just want to know does it sound like he is mooching off of her?

yes pretty much...but i think that her neglecting the children is bull shiz! ya know! cuz i dont see how someone could do that to ne one! idk...im a pure hearted person, i guess...i cant stand to see ppl get hurt!

Personally I think he is using her. No guy that really likes a girl lets her buy everything. In fact a guy that really likes a girl would let her buy anything. But what can you do. She is just wasting her time and money on some two-timer. He might even be going out with another girl and wasting your sister's money. Someone should call that guy and tell him to back off. I hate guys when they do that! Your sister should also take care of her kids or when they grow up they will be embarrised about their mom and wont talk about her. They will think she is a creep. You should tell her that she is not only hurting herself but her kids too.

Yes it does and I'm going to sound harsh for saying this, but it she is a DEAD BEAT mom. Then I would say she deserves to be trated like this. Because it is nothing compared to what those kids are going through with out their mom in there lives and believe me the 4 year old knows it is by choice

First of all yes he is using her what she needs to do is think about her children before any guy that doesnt even have a job that is lame she needs to get her life together, you dont worry about nothing this will come back to her and bit her in the as*.

You've already answered your own question. Yes, he's definately using her. She should be ashamed of herself - why doesn't she just give the kids up for adopiton? There's so many couples out there who are looking for neglected children to love.

Yeah..hes definatly mooching off of her. I mean come on, what happens when she runs out of money to spend on him? Does he dump her for a rich girl? Men are supposed to pay for alot of stuff for women, not the other way around!

It sounds to me like she could use your help. Probably all mothers can use as much help as possible when they just have new born babies or even babies that are 1 and 4 years old! :)

He's not only mooching, she's trying to be a "rescuer" and can't/doesn't want to "rescue" herself (ie: get away from him and change her life). All you can do is wait for her to hit rock bottom or hope for "some great light" to "show her the way". You can't help someone and they can't help themselves until they decide they want it or until they decide to help themself.

no freakin' duh. have the kids taken from her. if she doesn't care for them, the state can place them with a family member who will take care of them. after a specific amount of time, if she doesn't pay for them or try to see them, her rights can be terminated and that family member can adopt the kids. who knows, maybe having them taken will wake her up. hope the kids turn out all right.

and he will continue to do so as long as she lets him or as long as he can..both kind of the same I guess..
it is up to your mom to make her pay her for support of the kids..your mom can take her to court and get custody of the children and have court mandated child support come from your sister...to your mom for the kids..and your mom can also get the courts to MAKE the dads pay child support to your mom too....
and yes she is being used..but she knows that.
your mom should get custody of the kids and go after her and the dads for support..make them GROW UP ..it is time..the have children..
