Earlier i went to get gas at the gas station i pulled up at the pump to get gas well the unleaded was out of order so i backed up so i could get gas at the other pump well while i was backing up one of my tires fell into a hole that i could not drve out of someone apparantly forgot to put the cover on the hole where they put gas in! I was so mad i wasn't sure how to handle this situation what would you have done? It took 7 men to push my car out i though it was a big deal but my husband didnt think it was. They made no offers to compenstate for what had happened

This could have been nasty if someone like a kid or an elderly person fell into the hole! I hope you wrote to the company to complain - they should have proceedures to stop things like this happening. If your car was damaged they should pay for that too.
I don't think you should sue them over this but I do think you should keep complaining until they give you a formal written apology and their word that this will not happen again!
