I do not think so..I believe that there is no sin in this world that cannot be forgiven..as long as you believe in yourself that you are repenting for those sins..and even so..The big man above is really forgiving and he loves us all no matter what..

The question is good and can be answered a number of ways depending on which branch of Christianity you ask.
Essentially the premise is if you sin and repent you are forgiven.
however if you continually commit the same sin ie adultery knowing full well you are committing a sin, then this could be considered blaspheming Gods holy spirit from which there is no forgiveness.
Basically you cannot commit the same sins and then say you are repentent, then go straight out and then knowingly and willfully commit them again.

Hebrews 6:46 states, "For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame."
The terms used in this passage show that the writer was not speaking of the occasional slip due to momentary weakness or the temporary emergence of an old habit. To "crucify again" Jesus Christ and "put Him to an open shame" involves a deliberate and quite radical departure from the Christian faith.
Yes, the passage does teach that repentance is impossible for a certain class of people. But these two terms, repentance and impossible, provide the key to understanding how the unpardonable sin differs from other sins.
If an individual, after coming to true conversion and experiencing the joy of salvation, falls into temptation and commits sin, but then "comes to his senses" and repents of his wrongdoing, he has not committed the unpardonable sinfor he has demonstrated in his own life that for him repentance was not impossible.
If you think you have committed the unpardonable sin, are worried about it, and have prayed for God's mercy, you need not fear that the door of salvation has been slammed shut for you. The very fact that you are concerned about it and have sought God's mercy demonstrates a repentant attitude and therefore shows that you never "fell away" to the point that repentance was impossible.

Absolutely not. But one has to ask for forgiveness and it does not mean that the person will not have some suffering to incur for that sin. If this is not true then why do many Christians suffer? Go to www.essene.org for the truths on Christ

The Bible states:
Mt. 12:31 “Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men. 32 Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.
I don't know if by blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, it means not only speaking against the Holy Spirit...but possibly also being baptized in the Holy Spirit and then throwing that experience away through rebellion against God and the Holy Spirit...perhaps a minister could help you to further figure this out.

The is no sin that is not forgiven to every Christian. The blood of Jesus cleanses you from every iniquity.
The only unforgivable sin is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, which is denying the deity of Jesus Christ.
1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

nope. God sees all sins as the same--it's all sin, and it's all evil. He doesn't care if you lied to your parents or murdered 100 children (a little extreme, i know). If you ask for forgiveness, then your sins are forgotten!

Only one mentioned in Scripture: Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit....(though non-forgiveness does not automatically mean non-salvation)
