If she is mentioning that she wants to kiss you in poetry then she is definitely telling you she's ready...However, the moment should be right for the first kiss too...Maybe take her to a park, climb a tree together sit and talk ona limb and then do it...It should be a deep kiss with you holding her face with your hands, and kiss her slowly with some force, but not too hard and maybe lightly nibble on her bottom lip near the end of the kiss and finish with a light suction on her bottom lip!

There's never an exact, set moment when a kiss should happen. It just will. you can give it a little push by staring into her eyes during a movie or asking her (if shes into the asking first thing). These moments are spontaneous though and can't be scheduled to happen. Don't force it; let it flow.

If it's a sweet moment, then I think you should go for it. Maybe first just kiss her on the cheek when saying hello or goodbye. She's already written that she wants to kiss you, right? So I think you should go for it.
And the cuddling thing is great. Girls love that.

You'll know when the moment is right! BUT don't kiss her if you don't intend to have a relationship. She already "loves" you, and it would only cause a lot of hurt and pain.

take her somewhere romantic - like the park (before all the leaves are gone) or out for a really nice dinner. moonlit nights are the best. wait til thers a silence that doesn't feel empty or awkward, and just lean in a giv her a kiss. not too wet, not too puckery. dim ur eyes when ur leaning over her, and when your lips touch, close your eyes. GOOD LUCK!!

Try it out of the blue. Be spontaneous. I love it when a boyfriend kisses me out of no where. Asking "do you want to kiss" ruins the mood for me. But if she says that she wants to kiss you, just do it when she stares at you and looks lovingly at you.

the time doesn't really matter just when ever you and her are free and there it's much people there. First stare in her eyes and she will stare back, then start the kiss from there.
