How do I make a powerpoint for worship music at my church?

I know how to do ppt but I do not know which format to save it as but do not know how to make it so it looks right on the projector screen and to move from song to song easily.

You make your presentation without the music files first. Once you have all of the slides prepared go back to the slide where you want the music to start. Insert your sound file through the Insert menu. Then right click on the sound file icon and select edit sound object and put a check mark in the box to hide the icon when the slide show plays. Then right click on it again and select custom animation. in the window that opens click the drop down by the file name you set effect options or timing to control when the sound file plays or ends. Play with it.. good luck.

Powerpoint is designed to play full screen through projectors so that shouldn't be a problem... just follow the setup options on the projector.
