There is this girl the I dated for 7 months, and she broke up with me because she thinks that im a jerk and I did nothing to make her think that, how do I prove to her that I am not a jerk

You need to understand what you do or did before you can ge her back.
Guys aren't too bright when it comes to sensitivity for womens needs. It takes years of practice. Chances are, you are a jerk, you just don't know it.
Put yourself into her shoes and see what actions, words, expressions, things you do could possibly piss her off. Start with that then you might have a chance.

If you have done nothing to make her think that you are a jerk, then she is just jerking you around. She made that up so she could break up with you. You will learn a lot of women are scandalous like that. I know it's hard but move on.

Well try talking to her. Show her that your not a jerk, compliment her. Tell her that you dont understand why she thinks your a jerk and just ask her what you can do to change her mind. She will probably tell you a few things that u can use to change her mind.

Make an a** out of yourself in public. Not in a bad way, but in an endearing way. A jerk would NEVER let themselves look like an a**!!

uh well dont be a jerk for one thing.. show her how nice u can be, open doors fer her and stuff like that be on super good behavior

you may not have done anything to her personally, she mightve heard that you were a jerk to someone else. or you did it w/out knowing. i dont think theres anyway to dig yourself out of that hole
