I have moved 10 times in 8 years. I am so tired of having to pack, unpack and find places to put my stuff. I have lots of antiques and stuff I want to keep. Have had yard sales and tried to scale down. Am currently having a horrible time deciding how to decorate. Maybe I am just tired of it all. Any suggestions appreciated.

I've moved 7 times and I'm only 18 lol...so I hear ya. Decorating is very tiring and it takes time but you want your new house to feel like home. Take your time in decorating and don't make it too cluttered and cramped by putting things everywhere. Put out what you need to make your home feel "homey". Good Luck! Moving stinks, I know!

watch the shows on decorating and if your brave have a friend you trust and have them do it for you, then choose to either live or not live with it. get a camcorder and make it like a tv show and share with your friends for better or worse and have a veiwing party once done. u are not allowed to do the camera work get someone who is impartial to do it and enjoy the suspense and excitement it generates. moving is not the answer. another way is ask yourself if you had a fire what would you really miss? if you don't miss it get rid of it. i am moving wanna help?

Keep your large furnishings neutral and not large in scale. Accesories are cheap in discount stores, flea markets, yard sales, etc.. They're really enough to create a new look in almost any venue without much trouble. When you tire of them, give them the heave-ho.
