Depends what equipment, golf cart 16 and DL. Other equipment maybe 18 depending on insurance company

Yes,If it is owned by the owner of the golf course for mantance purposes.If its a golf cart the owner of the business makes his decision if someone under 16 years of age can drive a golf cart.In most cases not alone with a person over 18 years of age.
