Yup, but don`t expect to get near what it`s worth. However, you walk away with a check in hand, and no car, no headaches etc. I`ve done it several times, found it`s best to call 1st, explain what you`re doing and see if they`re interested. Also a good source are used car lots. Just clean out the glove box, trunk, empty the ashtray, etc. have a clean title with you, don`t even worry about washing it, they could care less.Easy and quick way to go.Have fun.

I don't think dealerships give checks if thats what you mean. They think their offer is so high you'll put it down on your new car.
I would say there logic is to have money coming in, not going out. Least thats my take after 20+ some cars over the last 25+ years

Yes I did that. Sold a car to the dealer for half of what it's worth.

Didn't really care. But you won't get a lot of money for it.

car max will, my dealership will depending on the car and how much you wanna get... remember they have to recondition the car and resell it... so you won't get as much as if you sell it outright...
