So I made plans with this guy to go out this Saturday to a couple places in a neighborhood I've never been to. We made these plans when we met and had lunch for the 1st time, I guess you could have called it our "first date". The person that hooked us up has said to me that this guy is really excited about me and I like him too..so since we are going to be out together at night, drinking I'll assume..what should I do to keep him interested without like, making out on the first date?

For a second date, instead of doing the make out thing, you can always laugh at the funny comments he will make[and he will because he will be trying to impress you] be somewhat touchy/feely when talking, and definitely grab his hand at some point while walking as that is usually a good indicator to us, that the girl is definitely interested, and your interests keeps our interest! If you drink, avoid getting sloppy drunk, because that will give him the impression that you may be easy, and if you think he may be more than a short term date, you will need to be a little more of a challenge to bed! A kiss at the end of the night is also a good way to keep interest, even if just on the cheek.

Do whatever you feel is right. But remember, if you give up the cow too soon, nobody will want to buy the farm. If you feel that you just have to kiss him, do so by the end of the date and make it pleasant and quick. Leave him wanting for more.
