Rarely is dating someone from work a good idea. The relationship can get in the way of your jobs. Plus, if the relationship sours, it cause massive tension in the work place for the both of you and for your co-workers. And if either one of you are a supervisor, its just not ethical.
If you think you both are mature enough to keep your wits and stay professional, then give it a try. Just be careful.
