the angel Gabriel or Michael, and the angel taught them things that were from God, later these things were written in Books and/or scriptures ?

Only one religion:Islam, the prophet was Mohamed and the book is the Coran

TECHNICALLY (only a technical thing here) Only Judaism and Islam. In the gospels the only mention of angels, was before the birth and after the death of Christ.
