I recently started going to the gym 5 days a week for an hour. I usually walk 3.5 miles on the treadmill while I'm there. I stopped drinking soda and usually eat something low in calories during the days such as oatmeal or yogurt. The only challenge now is that my fiance and I have different schedules and always eat out for supper. Will I still lose weight?

Yes you will lose weight. As-long as you are consuming those fewer calories! And you ar going to gym 5days a week! Well done! You are definitely on the way to a perfect life style. Just eat healthy. That's the key to it!

You really need to stop eating out. That's doing SO MUCH harm that you almost might as well not be working out. Cook when you have time and stick it in the fridge/freezer and re-heat. Just FYI, it's not hard to eat 1000+ cal in one meal out. Many chain restaraunts have the calorie info online, check it out if you dont believe me. If you HAVE to eat out, get them to box up half of your food before you even start eating and drink at least two full glasses of water during dinner. Also, make sure you skip dessert.

You can eat out everyday if you want, but of course eat in moderation....If I go to McDonalds, or any fast food place, I will order a simple side salad and a chicken breast with no bun.....trust me if you eat like that and workout, you will see the pounds shed off you very fast......good luck!
