You are best off not taking anything since you are pregnant but if you are in such pain there are homeopathic remedies you can use. Personally I am no big fan of pills for headache even though i do tend to get them regularly. Try putting an ice pack on your nape and rub the painful areas on your head with a mix of menthol and lavender oil, i find it very effective.

Yes, I am 9 weeks pregnant. I just take 2 Panadols when the pain gets too much. I also try to sleep the headache off.

I did....ask your doctor. They have migrane strength medication that is safe for pregnancy. It's been a while, so I don't remember what it is called. I also think that you should try having your eyes checked. During pregnancy the baby sucks everything it can from you, and some women loose vision. I had to go to the eye doctor and get glasses b/c that is what was causing my headaches.

One of my teachers is pregent and says she gets head aches and she says she dont take pain relief but she would once in a while if one got really bad.........

I have been taking Tylenol for my headaches. But I try to only take them when I have a severe headach.
