Hemophobia. A phobia is an abnormal, unreasonable fear. Hemophobics are frightened at the sight of blood, any blood, and even the thought of blood. The heart rate goes up, the blood pressure goes up, they turn pale or ashen. They may even faint. A strong dislike is not a phobia so be sure that a person fits the profile before referring to them as having hemophobia.
And no it's not hemophilia. And in "medical lingo" hemo means blood, not bleeding.

Well I'm glad you won the bet but, we stopped using Greek and Latin base descriptive labels in phobic diagnosis decades ago. Phobias are classified as either simple or complex and a fear of blood is a simple phobia. Give the money back.

Hemophobia is the fear of blood:
What are the symptoms? An abnormal and persistent fear of blood. Sufferers of this very common phobia dread the sight of their own blood, the sight of the blood of another person or an animal, and sometimes printed or filmed images of blood or even thoughts of blood. Blood may remind them of their own vulnerability to injury and of the eventuality of death.

The prefix for blood is Haemo- so the word you're looking for is Haemophobia.
Incidentally, Haemophagia is liking eating blood, Haemophilia literally is morbid love of blood, Haemophonia is sounding like blood, and Haemomania is being mad about blood!

In the instance that you are afraid of bleeding, which is different than blood, I believe you would be a hemophobe, and the condition, "hemophobia."
The 'hemo-' root is the same root in the word hemorrhage, medical lingo for bleeding.
