Akasha... I knew a beautiful feline named Akasha, once...

Anyhow, yes, I do think it would be to them, but then, just being a part of a pagan belief is sinful in their minds. Forget what they think, they're only guessing, anyhow.

A "pagan marriage"? do you mean one that is conducted outside of the church... or some other ritual that is not even validated by a legal authority either?
One way or the other, people have sexual intercourse without ANY ceremony don't they? It ain't against the law. So if you don't accept the christian belief system, and you don't have any worries about sexual constraints of ANY kind, why would you care what anyone else thinks or believes about "sin"?
If one of the people involved is a "free spirit" and the partner is worried about the "sin thing" then I'd say those two people a re not exactly well suited, and the one who is worried about it, should probably take off arunnin'

Any marriage preformed by lawful clergy of any religion is recognized by law, Pagan included. I ought to know I have done wedding ceremonies and signed the legal documents.

Since most pagans do not follow the 10 commandments or The Laws of Moses we do not feel we are doing anything sinful by following the tenets of or faith, any more than a Hindu, Buddhist, Muslim, or Vudun would feel that their practices are sinful.

It is said in the Vedic Knowledge which are the Laws of the material nature sent by God at the Time of Creation. If one engages in premarital sex there will be much misery that comes from that. It doesn't take religion to figure what miseries can come from sex. Also if one does not get married but lives with someone of the opposite sex as a partner, they are considered no better than the animals because it was not sanctioned by God. I found it works out much better to be married.Go towww.stephen-knapp.com for universal truths

pagan ceremonies are recognized by the law. I was hand fasted last year (married) in a pagan temple by a crone witch and it is legal. However pagans still have rules about sex it should be consenting adults (over 18 )

It would be "sinful" to christians, but as pagans aren't christians, why would they care what christians thought? It's not sinful to pagans, so it's not sinful.
"Sin" doesn't have anything to do with either law OR morals -- it has to do with things which are prohibited by a particular religious belief. Christians call premarital sex a sin, but it's not illegal in our system of law, it's not immoral by the standards of that same law, and it's not recognized as sinful by billions of people on this planet.

The Bible advises Christians not to be "unequally yoked." By this it means that we should marry someone whose highest priorities are the same as ours--even though we'll differ in many other ways.

The Old Testament had even stronger words against intermarrying outside of God's people.

Once a couple is married, even if one or both aren't Christians, it's not sin because God created sex to enhance a number of goals He had for marriage.

I had no idea that pagan ceremonies were not recognized by law. Interesting. I guess if they are not legally married then yes, it means that the relationship is sinful.

In my opinion, yes it is wrong and sinful. The Word says you have to be married by law and if you aren't married by law, then it is sin. If pagans want to follow the christian marriage though, why not just get married by law?

The fact that its pagan is probably the answer to the question. If your pagan why do you care if its a sin, you don't believe in Christianity so it wouldn't bother you one way or the other. If your Christian and you asking about pagan, well, THEY'RE PAGAN!

I think this is only the case in a sacramental religion like Catholicism (where marriage is a sacrament). In the rest of Christianity, at least protestantism and evangelicalism, if you are legally married, it is recognized. - I don't know about the Greek Orthodox church, but I think it would be the case.
