my bf did that to, or he would bring up kids. I asked him why and he said " because I realize how much you mean to me and I only have the balls to do it when we're having sex." I asked him to stop cause it bothered me...but next time he brings it up, say ok lets go shopping for engagement rings after. just to see if he really means it..haha

Most likely he is more open and intimate during that time, he feels so close to you and really tries to show you how much he loves you.
I fall in that trap every time myself, I'm so happy and pleased that my wife could ask for anything and I would agree ;-)

uh... have you not been paying attention? guys don't really want to get married. they just want to have sex.
when a man has sex, he feels really good and his mind goes to mush and he says things he doesn't really mean.
