Consider that those who carried on this Santa lie.. to make Santa god were carried before a king and were asked to confess their lies or be tortured to death...and they chose rather than deny him they would rather choose a torturous death....I can't imagine the people who would defend their idea of Santa being god to their torturous deaths. Those deciples of Christ remained true even after torture to their death. interesting how the lie meant so much to them huh? Jesus is God and santa is a fairy tale for children.

Santa is a 'hit' for most children and adults once a year(ironically at the time given to honor Jesus' birth). God is omnipotent & omnicient someone always there for us.

Well, they both apparently punish those who have been bad, but Santa doesn't burn anybody for eternity for not believing in him.
