no--only time will heal. concentrate on growing as a person--like volunteering, taking a class, participating in a hobby, learning something new, etc...you just have to live through it.

Broken Hearts aren't an easy and I know it's because it's the emptiest, nagging feeling that I have ever felt. It's hard when for whatever reason you have to seperate from someone you love. but I am here to tell you that it does get better. You have to keep busy with constructive things that make you feel good about YOURSELF....getting your hair done, spending time with family, work, or doing things you enjoy(whatever that may be) BUT PAMPERING YOUR SOUL is a great way to heal. That saying" outta sight, outta mind" is very true. the longer you go without seeing or talking to that person the better it gets..if you keep speaking or seeing them it just reopens the wound..If your done...STAY DONE! If your not only you can determine that. Just try to learn how to love yourself...For me that was the hardest thing to do....Try something new that you have never done like maybe horse back riding or kayacking or whatever ...success is the best revenge for your broken heart!

I was with my boyfriend for 3 years, very much in love.. We broke up over a year ago and for the first 2 months or so, I was pretty much dead to the world. I didn't leave the house besides work, I stopped hanging out with friends, I lost weight from not eating. It was a bad time.. Eventually it got a little easier, and through friends, family and my own strength.. I got through it. Don't be in a rush to stop hurting, it's impossible, it takes time and inner strength to move on. But you can do it. It might be a good idea to stay friends with her, after a few months I became friends with my ex and it was hard to start but trust me, it made everything so much easier knowing I still have him in my life.

Go out with your friends to a club, you'll find someone to keep your mind off of it! Good Luck!
