The surgery is relatively quick. There will be packing in your nose, but none of this will cause a feeling of suffocation. This is completely different than what you have suffered in the past. Go for it, and like everything else it will come and go. Best of luck in your career.

I used to work Head & Neck surgery and I can tell you that you'll have nasal packing and/or splints that will remain for about 3-4 days. You'll have to breathe through your mouth. It won't make you feel like you're on Risperdal but if you have a problem with the idea of this, you need to speak to your surgeon, who is also your ENT doc, right away.

Rhinoplasty surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

no, nothing you get for the surgery will cause the same effects as risperidone. If you are very anxious, ask the doctor to give you some valium to take before the surgery, you will be calm and relaxed.

Relax.
My ex-husband and my Aunt have both had the surgery.
You do realize that WORRYING is not going to change anything.
You can waste your life doing it.
What might or might not happen. If this or if it doesn't.
It can cause the anxiety. There are enough thing to deal with in life that actually happen.
Pray and give it all to God.
:)
