Park and Page Feature on PABX's?

I have seen a 'Park and Page' system on NEC, Nortel and Panasonic telephone systems - it's provided through a 3rd party box. Does anyone know the manufacturer

The parking portion is a feature on the NEC, Nortel etc PABX.
The paging portion can be an external paging amplifier (Bogen is a manufacturer) and speakers connected to the PABX via a paging port or sometimes a trunk port.
