How often should I white wash?

I have a 42" plasma screen tv and we play a lot of video games on it...How often should I white wash to get the retained images off the screen?

daily, if not more often. Check to see if the plasma menu has an orbit option, this moves the whole image a few pixels left right up and down, helps big time with the burn in
