I agree with ragapple, if you know for a fact that she wasn't around other dogs or left in the yard unattended then she could possibly be having a false pregnancy. If you aren't positive that a male dog didn't get to her then I would take her to the vet to find out for sure.
False pregnancy symptoms are normal in dogs that have an estrus and do not get bred, due to the way in which they cycle. It is not usually necessary to treat for symptoms of false pregnancy but they can be so close to those of a real pregnancy that the two can be very confusing.
It is usually possible to feel distinct lumps in the uterus representing individual embryos from about the 28th day of pregnancy to about the 35th day of pregnancy. Before and after that it can be hard to identify a pregnant uterus easily. After 45 days or so when the skeletons begin to calcify it is often possible to feel the distinct hardness of a puppy skull when palpating the abdomen or to identify the puppies on an X-ray, if you wish to take her to the vet's office prior to the home visit, or if your vet has a portable X-ray machine. By now, if your dog is NOT pregnant, your vet will probably be able to tell you that, since she should be pretty far into the pregnancy and at least uterine enlargement should be palpable.

Your pet is probably pregnant and not long before delivering pups. She may only be carrying one pup,and that is why you can't tell she has gotten bigger.Stand the dog on her all fours, place your hand underneath her stomach area near her back legs and feel her tummy. If you feel a hard mass, she has definately got a pup in there.Watch her colse when she starts in labor,as pup may be too big for her to have,as this sometimes happens with only one pup.

First a dog can NOT get pregnant unless she is in heat. And every dog is different, and not every dog will go into heat every 6months. Some will go into heat every 8-10months. I wouldnt worry about it because she cant get pregnant. Just watch her, she should be going into heat soon. Her vulva will swell right before she goes into heat, so watch for it. It will double in size...By the way how old is she? Is this her first heat, my dog didnt go into heat until she was 10months old. Well, I hope I have helped you. Good Luck.

Could be a false pregnancy. U really need to take her to the vet to get the milk dried up - usually by a one off injection of Delvosteron(I think)

this is very possibly a false pregnancy - all dogs go through the hormone shifts of pregnancy after a heat & some will respond by making milk, and some will mother (and try to nurse) stuffed toys as fake "puppies"

usually dogs dont show real soon, its usually close to time to have them when you see a big change. if she is producing milk, she is more than likely pregnant... see a vet because if she is, you need to know what kind of dog got her so you know if she can have the pups....

It does sound as if she is pregnant and could have pups just about any day. She is probably only going to have one or 2 pups, so she is not showing much.
