In the winter, open a window into your bathroom and close the bathroom door. This will make the wasps cold, and they'll stop moving as much. Go in at the coldest point in time, put a plastic bag around it carefully, without bumping it, then throw it out the window. Remember to shut the window and try not to get a ticket for littering.

Cover up good, snowsuit, gloves, helmet whatever.... then grab the nest & throw it out the window.... and then close it. And then run down the street screaming in your new bitchin outfit.
