Registered Nurse here; These don't sound like an allergy to me. Sounds more like some type of gastric upset in the stomach. Could be you have a condition called GERD, in which certain foods really irritate your esophagus and stomach. You didn't say anything about a rash, whelps, breaking out, itching, scratching, etc. These are the symptoms usually seen with an allergic reaction. Thanks for the opportunity to address such a well worded question.

Ok well first i suggest you stop eating them immediatly if you haven't already. Doctors can perform an allergy test to tell exactly what you are allergic to. But for right now just stop eating them and i would go to the doctors anyway because of the salty taste in the troat, as any of those symptoms is not traditional allergys.

Sounds like you are allergic to tuna and apples. Find an allergist and get tested, just to be safe. In the meantime avoid both!

You should go to an allergist and have a scratch test done.

This will reveal exactly what you are allergic to.
