Here is my favorite cheesecake recipe. My husband likes it for his birthday instead of cake.
1 9inch graham cracker crust
2 packages cream cheese(8oz at room temperature)
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs,(room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup sour cream
Cream together the cheese, 1/2 cup sugar. Add eggs and vanilla to mixture and until smooth. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust and bake at 350 degrees for 25 or 30 minutes or until center is firm, but not jiggly. Remove from oven and cool. Mix sugar and sourcream together and spread onto cheesecake. Bake for 5 more minutes. Cool then refrigerate until served.
