Your religious beliefs cannot be based on the old and new testament if what you wrote is what you believe. The Bible clearly states their is a trinity, the Holy Spirit is not a goddess, Jesus is a God in the form of the Son and we cannot use magic. So, your believing something else and not the Bible. No, I do not think you are a heathen, but I think you have made up your own set of beliefs.

Sounds like you see some important aspects of the Bible that are false, and chose not to believe them, that is good. You also have chosen to put your own interpretation to some of your beliefs...I am not so sure that is really a good thing. For one thing the holy spirit is God's active force, not a god or a goddess. You are right about Jesus being God's Son, the use of ritual magick?, that would not be a true Christian practice. You seem to be mixing and matching your beliefs as you want without a lot of thought to what the Bible really teaches. This is what the Hebrew (Old Testament)Scripture says about that sort of thing:
Deuteronomy 18:9-15: (9)“When you are entered into the land that Jehovah your God is giving you, you must not learn to do according to the detestable things of those nations. 10 There should not be found in you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, anyone who employs divination, a practicer of magic or anyone who looks for omens or a sorcerer, 11 or one who binds others with a spell or anyone who consults a spirit medium or a professional foreteller of events or anyone who inquires of the dead. 12 For everybody doing these things is something detestable to Jehovah, and on account of these detestable things Jehovah your God is driving them away from before you. 13 You should prove yourself faultless with Jehovah your God.
14 “For these nations whom you are dispossessing used to listen to those practicing magic and to those who divine; but as for you, Jehovah your God has not given you anything like this. 15 A prophet from your own midst, from your brothers, like me, is what Jehovah your God will raise up for you—to him YOU people should listen—
2Timothy 3:16 & 17 says: " All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work."
We can find a religion that pretty well goes along with whatever we want to believe. The Bible forewarned of this.
2Timothy 4: 3 & 4 "For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories."
Jesus said at Matthew 15:3-9:" In reply he said to them: “Why is it YOU also overstep the commandment of God because of YOUR tradition? 4 For example, God said, ‘Honor your father and your mother’; and, ‘Let him that reviles father or mother end up in death.’ 5 But YOU say, ‘Whoever says to his father or mother: “Whatever I have by which you might get benefit from me is a gift dedicated to God,” 6 he must not honor his father at all.’ And so YOU have made the word of God invalid because of YOUR tradition. 7 YOU hypocrites, Isaiah aptly prophesied about YOU, when he said, 8 ‘This people honors me with their lips, yet their heart is far removed from me. 9 It is in vain that they keep worshiping me, because they teach commands of men as doctrines.’”
So the point is this...it pays to make sure that your beliefs have a very sound basis in truth, study(serious and diligent study) of God's Word, the Bible, can help you to gain a deeper understanding of what God requires and it could benefit you wonderfully.
