Just don't mix the bachelorette party with a baby shower. If she's a good friend, then she deserves separate parties. Leave the baby stuff out of it and treat her like any other bride.

Because she is not going on a honeymoon, maybe you could make a weekend trip out of the bachelorette party. Everyone on here already gave great suggestions like spas, concerts, shows, etc. I'm not sure where you live or what you can afford, but someplace like Atlantic City or Las Vegas or even a city nearby might be a great over night trip that you can plan. Spend the day at the spa, go out for a nice dinner, go to a show/concert at night. The next morning, have a special brunch. As long as you make it special and memorable, it will be wonderful. Have a great time!!!

Have all guests come dressed as if they were pregnant. This sometimes takes the pressure off the pregnant bride to be.
One game that is fun to play is to start with two teams. Each team has a suitcase. Each suitcase is filled with many different items of clothing (shoes, pants, dress, sweater, hat, scarf, coat). The first member of each team, when told to go, must open the suitcase, put on all the clothese, close the suitcase, run to the other end of the room, take off all the clothes and put them back in the suitcase, and run back to the other end and hand off the suitcase to the next team player. They must then do the same thing. The first team to finish back at the beginning is the winners.

I would do a girls night in with manicures and pedicures, some girly movies, and possibly even a sleep-over party. That way the bride could participate in every thing without any worries. I know it's really tame, but it's tough with her being pregnant.

Having been a pregnant bride myself, We had a nice little get together but also made big plans for after the baby,a great big girls only bash, trust me, it gave me ( and is still giving me!) something to look forward at the end of this pregnancy, obviously other then the baby!!!!!!!!!! Set the date for about 2months after the baby will be born and make sure it sticks!!! And make sure she makes up for all 40 weeks of being sober and responsible, obviously it won't be her last single night but it will still be a blast

Wow, No booze, no smoke and no pushing... I know what you mean it's hard. My girlfriend was having her big 30 when she was pregnant and we tried a club... it was a big mistake because even though it was smoke free, she kept getting pushed around and we had to leave. You don't notice stuff like that until your pregnant.
I would have the thing in someones house... you can find lots of X rated and fun games... have booze for other people and if you can afford it- go for the stripper!! And make sure their lots of fun Delicious food for the bride!!

NO ALCHOHOL!!!! Try to get all the girls together for one of those tickley me pink parties, you know where you can look to buy some random sexy stuff. All the girls could end up buying the bride something to wear for after she has the baby. But try not to involve alcohol even if the bride doesn't mind, its just rude. You can have a nice get togher at your home and do girl stuff.... every bacholorette party is differnt makes yours truly unique.

How far along is she? Maybe you can have a combination wedding shower and baby shower as I am sure that she is gonna need stuff for the baby. But be sure not to make it all about the baby. She is still a bride and needs to feel that way also.

Rent a limo for the day. Schedule her for a maternity massage, then rent out a suite and have food catered ....and have one of those "naughty girl" comapnies come out and give a presentation.

Dinner at an elegant restaurant, then back to your house for decadent desserts and present opening.
