Flowers are nice If she likes Chocolates get her a box, a nice scarf, whats the occasion?
a piece of jewelry like a bracelet, If she like gardening maybe a nice plant. Just because you've known her for 2 years doesn't mean that you should slack off.

Post it notes. EVERYWHERE. Telling her how special she is and how my you love her. On the steering wheel of the car, in books, medicine cabnet, etc. It may take a year to find them all and you'll get points everytime she finds one.
Take her to dinner, and do something she likes to do (shopping, movie, basket weaving, etc.) and a gift as a token of your affection. The token should relate to your relationship. Maybe a card telling her what 1st interested you in her (don't use any words beginning with T or A though) and a piece of jewelry like a necklace.

Plan a date that will last most of the evening. Give her several small gifts at several points in the date (i.e. a teddy bear when you first see her, ear rings at dinner, chocolate after dinner, full body massage w/ oil once you're back home while you're wearing a male thong even if you're out of shape). And then bang her like she's always wanted it after lots of foreplay.

she may be into a cactus a lot more..or w/e..
you can't judge people based on gender, you just have to know what she is like and try to relate to that.

Obviously you don't know her very well. You can't get advice on what to get her from people that don't know her. Buy her something she likes. Put some thought into it!
