I really want to loose waight in my thighs,any good excercises that could help???

If you legs are heavy and the rest is not… they are probably more muscular than most… exercising will just make them bigger…. Try a ballet class or yoga to stretch and tone – I know they used to call me thunder thighs… you are lucky to have shapely legs don’t worry about what others say!

To lose weight in your thighs or anywhere else, you need cardio and diet. You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Girl you should try this machine called the cruncher-its actually a machine designed just for thighs you do thighs crunches for lets say 2-3 days a week for liken 30mins-baby it worked for me!

Be Very Careful about the way you exercise, because if you stop the figure will show up very rapidly, besides there is nothing wrong with your thighs there fine
